FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drinking water treatment. Proposed filtration module comprises container with filler, cover and inlet filter with its edges secured to its base arranged along container edges. Inlet filter incorporates appliances for air outflows from container and is made up of two elements made from hard material, fitted one into another and locked with a gap. At least, one of said elements has base. Surfaces of filter elements are provided with water feed appliances displaced relative to each other. In compliance with first version, walls of components form convex shape with camber facing one side of said base. up or down. In compliance with second version, said walls form, on one side of said base the camber at container center and, on base opposite side, the ledge running along the container edges. In compliance with third version, inlet filter incorporates appliances to force air from the filter and represents a reticulate material arranged on rigid convex carcass with its edges secured along perimetre toward the base and facing one side of said base, i.e. up or down.
EFFECT: better water filtration due to efficient operation of inlet filter.
