FIELD: hydraulic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions refers to hydraulic engineering and hydropower construction and can be used in order to create pressure water conduits, pumped storage, etc. hydroelectric power stations, as well as pumping stations. Composite mobile diversion water conduit includes the water-conducting sections from two- and single-shell water conduits, which are connected by means of the compensator with the flexible or rigid pipeline. For the production of single- and double-walled waterways, the edge-cellular frame is used made of the repeating systems of crossing spirals, which are made of composite nanomaterials that have the property of restoring and preserving the design shape by means of activation energy for recovery. In the water-conducting shell of the water conduit, special shells-bands are provided between the inner and outer layers thereof, in which the flexible stiffeners are located, which are interconnected using the quick-release coupling-latch. In the lower part of the water conduit there is a compensator-shock absorber with the chamber, which has the valve for air supply. On the lower lower contour, the clamping anchors are arranged in order to ensure the stability of the waterway along the entire route. Cable system is connected to special shells-bands in the upper part of the water conduit. Method of erecting the mobile derivational water conduit is that all its elements are made of the composite nanomaterial, which possesses the shape memory, separately and mounted on the installation site using the flexible connections. Manufacturing of shells-bands on the outer shell is provided by means of their welding, followed by stowing in them of stiffeners with the quick-release coupling. Cable system includes the pick-up cable and the guy cable, which are manufactured on the installation site according to the design data. Production of single-shell and two-spongy extended elements of the water conduit is also carried out on the installation site with the arrangement of compensator-shock absorbers and pressure anchors in them, and the edge-cellular frame is arranged along the external one-shell part. Prepared elements of the mobile diversion water conduit are built along its route in accordance with the design documentation, including settlement, survey, organizational and construction works, including the layout of the waterway route, creation of the upper and lower basins, delivery and installation of water-conducting elements, cable system, anchor supports, and then the installation of the container type of the micro HPP building with the hydraulic unit, which is installed in it, and the monitoring system, the device for damping the hydraulic impact, installation of the diffuser and mounting of shells that are filled with soil in the tail pond are carried out, providing energy dissipation and preventing the erosive process of the bottom and its slopes.
EFFECT: application of this invention will reduce capital costs and will increase the technically possible hydraulic potential of small rivers in conditions of complex mountain terrain.
