The effect is achieved in that the unmanned aerial vehicle has the ability to remotely control the process of erection and operation of the device, the dome is made of a number of multifunctional multi-shell heterogeneous multilayer shells interconnected by flexible connecting nodes and with connecting valves made with the possibility of attachment using magnetic multistage shell traps collection tanks equipped with sensors for filling and emptying volcanic gases and liquid media, the base of the dome is equipped with a cable-stayed sphere with containers-collectors made of refractory, elastic composite nanomaterials; to the outer part of the base of the dome, openings made of multilayer elastic refractory composite nanomaterials are attached, with the possibility of placing shell multistage collecting containers on them, the connecting system in the form of protective curtains is made as a panel (nets-catchers) made of strength composite nanomaterials, fixed on the base of the dome by means of suction devices located between the nets-cable-catchers, made of refractory, elastic composite nanomaterials, shell multistage collection containers are made of heat-resistant composite nanomaterials, have a multilayer heterogeneous structure with interlayers of twisted or randomly located fibrous materials of plant or artificial origin located in vertical and horizontal directions, the bases of gas tanks and collection of solids are located at a distance that ensures the safety of settlements.
EFFECT: reducing the influence of erupted gases, stones and magma, reducing the dynamic and temperature effects, as well as increasing the stability of the seismicity of buildings, collecting useful substances.
