FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and relates to method for evaluating the biological activity of a tetradecapeptide consisting of 14 amino acid residues, of the general formula TEKKRRETVEREKE (TDP). Method for evaluating the biological activity of a TDP is that the test peptide is added to the culture of 3T3/NIH fibroblast cells in vitro followed by incubating the resulting mixture for 5 minutes and determining the degree of phosphorylation of the ERK1/2 kinase by fluorescence microscopy or by immunoblotting.
EFFECT: method for evaluating the biological activity of TDP is proposed.
