FIELD: cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to contact coolers, in particular to cooling towers, and can be used in thermal power plants to cool circulating water. Recycling water supply system for one consumer includes a cooling tower body at the bottom of which there is a water collection tank with a water make up system used for evaporation, which is connected to a pump supplying cooling water in the cooling tower to the consumer through a filter, and in the area between the filter and the consumer there is installed a system for monitoring the hydraulic resistance of the filter, consisting of a manometer and a valve, each of the nozzles comprising a housing with a swirl chamber and a nozzle, the housing is in the form of a supply fitting with a central hole and rigidly connected thereto and a coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber coaxial to the housing, the nozzle, which is in the form of an inverted cup, is connected to the sleeve by means of a thread at its lower part, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inclusions to the axis of the nozzle in the form of cylindrical openings, which are located in the end surface of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is made connected to the nozzle mixing chamber, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber, and in the lower part of the mixing chamber of the nozzle a hollow conical swirler is fixed, its conical shell is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, the other end in a circumferential groove made on the inner surface of the mixing chamber, and on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler, a screw thread is made.
EFFECT: improved performance of the cooling tower.
