FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wet dust collection technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries. In a mesh horizontal filter containing a housing, inlet and outlet nozzles, an irrigation nozzle and filter elements, that are rotating metal meshes connected to a snail connected by a bypass conduit with an inlet branch and a hydraulic gate to drain the slurry into a settler, spray nozzle comprises a housing made in the form of a supply fitting with a central hole and rigidly connected to it and a coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber coaxial to the housing, coaxially with the body, a nozzle, in the form of an inverted cup, is connected to the sleeve by means of a thread, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inclusions to the nozzle axis in the form of cylindrical holes located in the end surface of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is made connected to the nozzle mixing chamber, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber, and in the lower part of the mixing chamber of the nozzle a hollow conical swirler is fixed, its conical shell is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and the other end – in the annular groove made on the inner surface of the mixing chamber, and on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw cutting is made.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
