SUBSTANCE: invention relates to contact coolers, in particular to cooling towers, and can be used in thermal power plants to cool circulating water. Recirculating water supply system contains cooling tower with spray system, interconnected with hydraulic circuits for the preparation and consumption of water, the cooling tower comprises a housing in the lower part of which there is a water collecting tank with charge system of water for evaporation which is connected to a pump supplying cooling water in cooling tower to the consumer through a filter, and in the area between filter and consumer there is control system of hydraulic resistance of the filter, consisting of manometer and valve, each of nozzles of spray system is made with a conical swirler and contains a cylindrical hollow housing with a channel for supplying liquid, thread part and garter belt section, In the lower part of the cylindrical hollow housing with a channel for supplying liquid, a hollow conical swirler is fixed, conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed with one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and with the other end in a circumferential groove, which is formed on the inner surface of the fluid supply channel, while a through screw thread is formed on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler.
