SUBSTANCE: invention relates to zeolite adsorbents. Disclosed is an adsorbent for the purification of hydrocarbon feedstock. Adsorbent comprises a NaX type zeolite and a binder containing clay with a Si/Al weight ratio greater than 2, wherein the binder contains a clay of the montmorillonite type. Disclosed is a method for producing and using the adsorbent in a process for purifying a hydrocarbon feed containing unsaturated molecules and at least one impurity containing at least one heteroatom of the type O, S and N.

EFFECT: invention provides an adsorbent with reduced reactivity with respect to unsaturated molecules.
