FIELD: military bridge construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of military bridge construction and can be used in the areas of guidance of navigable bridges (crossings) in the conduct of hostilities. Method of masking the floating bridges (crossings) is that they create a complex of jamming, for the diversion of controlled airborne weapons with radar, thermal, television, laser homing heads (HH) operating in the visible, IR and radio wavelengths, due to a cloud of smoldering pyrotechnic elements, whose radiation characteristics simulate the radiation characteristics of the floating bridge (crossing) in the infrared wavelength range corresponding to the wavelength ranges of radar stations of guided missiles in the last moments of the enemy's infliction of an air and space strike on the floating bridge (crossing). Complex of jamming includes detection system (4), firing control system, launcher (3) and missiles-sets of false targets.

EFFECT: provides masking of the floating bridges (crossings) due to a cloud of smoldering pyrotechnic elements, whose radiation characteristics simulate the radiation characteristics of the floating bridge (crossing) in the infrared wavelength range.
