SUBSTANCE: within the method of creation of combined low-temperature interference for a decoy or deception curtain, the ammunition loading is performed in the form of smoldering tape or tape-helix elements based on paper. The rotation of the element round its largest axis of symmetry is performed during falling in the atmosphere. The base of the element is saturated with an aqueous solution of an oxidizer, for example potassium permanganate, dried, and covered with uniform solid layer of aluminum powder in a bonding agent based on the celluloid or polystyrene.

EFFECT: increasing of efficiency of electronic countermeasures.
