SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image output means. Method comprises: obtaining frame data collected by the target camera; obtaining a target image based on said frame data; controlling the target terminal to provide an output of an alert message including at least a target image, wherein obtaining the target image based on the frame data includes: obtaining the similarity between the data of neighboring frames in the number of specified frame data; obtaining images corresponding to the data of neighboring frames, if the similarity is less than a predetermined threshold value; and determining said images as a target image indicating an abnormal event.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of using an intelligent camera in the event of a non-standard event.
