SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular to a process for preparing nanocapsules, and describes a process for preparing nanocapsules of ethyl nitrate in a shell of sodium alginate. Process is characterized in that ethyl nitrate is slowly added to a slurry of sodium alginate in hexane in the presence of 0.01 g of preparation E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 1,200 rpm, wherein the core to shell weight ratio is 1:3, or 1:5 or 1:2, when recalculating to dry matter, diethyl ether is added, the resulting suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature.

EFFECT: method provides simplifying and accelerating the process of nanoencapsulation, while reducing accompanying loss.
