SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and the food industry, namely to a process for preparing nanocapsules. Method for producing nanocapsules of dry aloe extract, with the use of sodium alginate as the shell of nanocapsules, as a kernel – dry extract of aloe, the dry aloe extract is added to a slurry of sodium alginate in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c complex as a surfactant with stirring at 1,100 rpm, further 6 ml of diethyl ether are poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature, wherein the core: sheath weight ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.

EFFECT: above described method facilitates the simplification and acceleration of the process of obtaining nanocapsules and increases the yield by mass.
