SUBSTANCE: folding chair includes a lower unit, a top unit and a seat. Lower block is connected to one end of each of the plurality of legs on its circumference by means of the first pivot pins and includes first locking members to limit the rotation of the other ends of the plurality of legs in the interval of a certain first angle from the center of the lower portion. Upper block is axially coupled to the lower block to rotate horizontally, is connected to one end of each of the plurality of support parts on its circumference and includes second locking members to limit the rotation of the other ends of the support parts in the interval of a certain second angle from the center of the lower part. Seat is installed by connecting to other ends of the support parts. Legs and support parts are designed for folding and unfolding in the same direction.

EFFECT: folding chair is proposed that allows the user to change the direction in the sitting position and is able to stably maintain the posture of the user, responding to the concentration of the user's weight on the stool in one direction and not allowing deflection in this direction.
