SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of folding chair with rotary seat. Chair consists of a base in the form of a frame, to which a curved stand is attached by both ends to form a hinge. Middle part of the curved post is attached to the central rod with formation of a hinge. Movable post is attached to the opposite side of the base with formation of a hinge and the possibility of changing the attachment point by one end, which by the other end is attached to the central rod by means of a detachable connection. Double-arm lever is attached to the end face of the rotating part of the central rod to form a hinge and with the possibility of both ends coming into contact with supports installed or made on the seat so that it is fixed in the working state of the chair. Chair is equipped with an eccentric cam, by means of which adjacent parts of the chair are pressed to each other in a folded state. Eccentric cam is pivotally mounted on the central rod with the possibility of pressing the seat from the central rod in the folded state of the chair.

EFFECT: improvement of operational and technological properties of chair by pressing elements of chair to each other in folded state.
