Control unit has a power switch, a power supply connector, an execution unit connector, a humidity sensor switch and a humidity sensor connector. Execution unit is located on an irrigation water tank. Execution unit includes a pressure release valve, a water level sensor system, an electromagnetic water intake valve and a pump. Minimization of labor cost is ensured. Energy consumption and water consumption are reduced.
