FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of effective preparations from plant raw materials and can be used in the food, fodder perfume and cosmetic industry. Biologically active additive (BAA) for food, fodder and perfumery-cosmetic purposes includes a cedar nut shell, subjected to mechanochemical treatment. In this case, the shell of pine nuts is subjected to mechanochemical treatment in a vibratory mill to an average particle size of 2.0–9.0 mcm at a temperature not exceeding 50 °C. BAA is characterized by a certain content of moisture, protein, fat, nitrogen-free extractives, ash, calcium, phosphorus and fiber.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a finished product with enhanced biological efficiency by increasing the amount of bioavailable useful components.
