SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, to manufacturing dietetic and prophylactic products. Prophylactic products and also biologically active food supplement and perfume-cosmetic product comprising cedar nut shell powder prepared by the definite method. Powder has particles size 10-1200 mcm wherein the lipid content is up to 9.7 wt.-%, the flavonoid content is up to 1.4 wt.-%, the tannins content is up to 9.7 wt.-%, the proteins content is up to 6.9 wt.-%, the polysaccharides content is up to 57.0-58.0%, the potassium content is about 3300 mg/kg, the phosphorus content is about 680 mg/kg, the magnesium content is about 650 mg/kg, the iron content is about 140 mg/kg, the calcium content is about 80 mg/kg, the zinc content is about 35 mg/kg, the copper content is about 2.6 mg/kg. Powder is prepared by grinding cedar nuts shell. Grinding is carried out by formation of two counter flows of dried raw with required rate moving raw in the flow from 100 to 450 m/s with possibility for collision of raw particles in limited zone at temperature that is not lower of the pasteurization point. Invention provides addition of cedar nuts shell obtained by the developed method in cedar nuts shell and this method is directed for formation of optimal composition of cedar nuts shell powder due to operation of intensity of interaction of components.
