FIELD: image processing means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital image processing. Method for integrating two digital halftone images comprises: obtaining original data; determining the most informative image; integrating the image in which the average brightness and the average value of absolute deviations between the average brightness value of the second image and the brightness values of all pixels of the second image are calculated; for each pixel of the integrated image, the sum of the brightness value of the pixel of the most informative image and the difference of the absolute deviation of the pixel brightness from the average brightness and the average value of the absolute deviations between the average brightness value of the second image and the brightness values of all pixels of the second image are calculated; aligning the brightness range of the resultant image, wherein when calculating the brightness of each pixel of the integrated image, the difference between the absolute brightness deviation of the pixel and the average brightness of the second image and the average value of the absolute deviations between the average brightness value of the second image and the brightness values of all pixels of the second image is multiplied by the control integration parameter.
EFFECT: higher information value of the resultant image.
