SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to tonneau covers of a vehicle with rear adjustable seats. Tonneau cover comprises a housing, a first cover having a tab and a second cover. First cover is configured to be selectively extended from the interior of the housing to engage with a rear seat. Second cover is configured to be selectively extended from the interior of the housing opposite to the first cover. Back of the rear seat has a tab for engaging with the tab of the cover when the back is positioned in an upright position. When rear seat is in a rear position and when the seat back is moved to the upright position, the tab on the seat applies a biasing force to the tab of the cover to rotationally move it. When the seat back is in the upright position, the biasing force of the tab on the seat ceases and the tab of the cover engages behind the tab on the seat back.

EFFECT: improved functionality of the vehicle.
