ATV contains a frame, two front wheels and two rear wheels, open passenger compartment, front driver's seat, front passenger seat, two rear passenger seats, seat frame, steering gear, engine and transmission. According to the first version ATV additionally contains the variable transmission cover and the place for things, limited with transmission cover, bottom of one of the rear passenger seat and the floor. According to the second version ATV additionally includes a central console, located in the passenger compartment between the seats, the first part of the center console forms a compartment for items within the console, the compartment for things cover, internal accessory inside the center console and rear railings on side of the passenger and driver. The multiseat ATV structure optimization is provided.
