SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refrigerated display shelves and is aimed at increasing the efficiency of using cooling air. Shelf with air ducts for a showcase with an open front section, which uses air curtains, the shelf comprising a front part, a rear part, a supply duct and a return air duct. Front and rear define the front direction from the rear to the front. Supply duct runs at the bottom of the shelf and communicates with the front outlet port facing downward. Return duct runs at the top of the shelf and communicates with the front inlet port facing upward. Supply duct comprises a front portion that tapers in a forward direction above the outlet opening and the return duct has a front portion that descends down to the lower level of the shelf so that it is in front of the supply duct.
