FIELD: trade engineering. SUBSTANCE: vending apparatus has showcase divided into product departments, front panel with door for access into product department, side and rear walls, top panel and bottom panel making floor, which define showcase inner space. Showcase includes refrigerating unit and side counters with goods shelves. Side walls, top panel and bottom panel are equipped with parts extending from front panel. Side counters are joined to top and bottom panels through pins so that counters may be rotated and used as doors common for vending equipment with locking device. Dividing store counter is attached by hinge to inner surface of one side wall so that it may be positioned between unfolded side counters at different angles for defining salesman's place. Inner ends of side counters are made transparent and define auxiliary showcases. According to other versions, vending device is provided with side counters of different configuration, devices for repositioning of salesman's place, which may be hermetically sealed in case it is used for street vending, i.e., it may be equipped with roof, floor, sealing and heating equipment.
