FIELD: computing; counting.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to wireless docking of devices. To this end, in a wireless docking system, the docked device communicates with a base device that is connected to at least one peripheral device. Base device has a base communication unit and a docking device processor configured to dock at least one interfaced device. Interfaced device has a communication unit of the device to be connected and a processor of the device to be coupled to the base device. Docking device processor is configured to provide at least one virtual peripheral in the virtual docking environment, wherein the virtual peripheral device has a privacy level. When docked, virtual peripherals are mapped to actual peripherals in such a way as to apply the privacy level to the actual peripheral device. When the docking is completed, the data exchange with the actual peripheral device is controlled according to the corresponding level of privacy of the peripheral device.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide secure and safe wireless docking of devices.
