SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gas cooking device, in particular a gas appliance such as a gas cooker. Gas cooking device (1; 100) comprises at least one burner, gas supply conduit (3), at least one valve (4) arranged between gas supply conduit (3) and the burner, configured to regulate the gas flow rate supplied to the burner, fixing device (6) configured to fix valve (4) to first portion (21) of gas supply conduit (3) and safety device (7; 107) configured to fix valve (4) to second portion (40) of gas supply conduit (3), while providing connection between gas supply conduit (3) and valve (4), even if the fixing device breaks or malfunctions.
EFFECT: achieved technical result consists in improving the safety and reliability of the device by avoiding accidental gas leakage in the event of a malfunction of the fixing device.
