FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a fuel emulsion for diesel engines based on diesel fuel with the addition of alcohol and emulsifier, wherein it additionally contains molybdenum disulphide at the following component ratios, wt. %: ethanol 5.0÷50.0; alkenyl succinimide 0.5; molybdenum disulfide 0.1÷0.5; diesel fuel – up to 100.

EFFECT: application of the emulsion composition allows to reduce the rigidity of the combustion process in the diesel engine, to increase the stability of the emulsion, thereby increasing the reliability and durability of the diesel engine.
