Segmented rear door for vehicles comprises a top flap, a first connector, a lid, a lockable first sliding pillar, a pair of lockable second pylons, a first and a second release means. In a first variant, the vehicle comprises a vehicle structure forming a rear door opening and said segmented rear door. In a second variant, the vehicle comprises a body having a rear opening, a top flap, a lid, a four-link linkage and a fixing air spring.

EFFECT: simplified design of the rear door.
