FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drives for controlling horizontal sliding flaps of vehicle doors. Device consists of a base of L-shaped cross section, on which there is a guide with carriages on rollers with flaps and chain gearing drive pneumatic cylinder. Pneumatic actuator has a device locking door flaps by spring-loaded stops. Driving carriage is moved by rod through the upper part of the chain, and driven carriage - lower part of the chain. Driving carriage is attached through the bracket with the chain ends by spring mechanism of its tension. Bracket for synchronising carriages is attached to the lower part of the chain by means of clamp. Locking device consists of: means for blocking of drive and driven carriages, one of which includes a three-shouldered pendulum lever first arm of which is connected to stock of pneumatic cylinder, the second arm is directed towards adjacent sprockets and has bottom chamfer to interact with carriage, wherein the skew angle corresponds to the value of free movement of the rod. Third arm has bend to engage with vertical spring-loaded stop on the base. First lever arm is connected with the carriage by expansion spring and provides free rod stroke. Other device locking driven carriage is a stop articulated with lug on the closed end of the cylinder and U-shaped bracket of base with possibility to lock stop and driven carriage in position of closed doors by horizontal spring-loaded stop arranged on the latter. Stop has a ledge, between which and the base compression spring is installed with possibility of stop displacement withing the range of preset free stroke.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability and safety due to separate locking of both carriages, stable fixation of a spring-loaded thrust and possibility of manual unlocking.
