FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to a surgical knot and suturing device, in particular to a suturing device, which has been improved for easy suturing. Said surgical knot is formed by an auxiliary knot for suturing a wound. In the method, said auxiliary knot is made of the same material as the material for the application of the stiches and includes a first loop, which goes from the initial part and is formed by performing one turn clockwise; a ring part, which goes from the first loop and is formed by performing one turn clockwise in a place different from the place of the first loop; a second loop that extends from the circular part and is formed by performing one complete rotation counter-clockwise in the same place as the first loop; and a free part extending from the second loop, for pulling by a ligature needle. Wherein the free part of the auxiliary knot extends and preferably passes through the area that is being sutured using a ligature needle, and then it is pulled through the first and second loops and with the subsequent rotation of the ligature needle so that the area that is being sutured is secured by the free part; wherein the ring portion, first loop and second loop form a first bonded portion and a second bonded portion that are twisted twice outside the area that is being sutured.

EFFECT: invention provides a simplification of suturing and reduced costs and less suffering of the patient.
