FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the shipbuilding, namely to ship devices using waves energy to create additional traction power. Located at periscope depth submarine vessel wave propulsors, representing the inclined plate, which is fixed on the ship's conning tower, and regular bow rudders (wings). To increase the traction force that occurs on the plate, on the regular bow rudders (wings), supported during rotation on the stops, during interaction with the wave the hydrodynamic force F occurs, which vertical component, the force N, reduces the rolling amplitude, and the horizontal component, the force T, creates a traction force, which increases the ship speed V.
EFFECT: diesel-electric submarine vessels can be at periscope depth for a long time, not surfacing to recharge the battery.
