FIELD: construction; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the composition of a composite ceramic mixture for the manufacture of wall construction products, preferably of effective brick and high efficiency brick. Composite ceramic mixture for the manufacture of wall construction products, including loam, claydite clay, characterized in that in addition it introduced: granulated slag – waste of iron foundries – fractions of 0.6–5 mm, sodal-alkali smelting – waste of caprolactam production and glass microspheres (glass spheres) of fractions of 15–200 mcm with the following ratio of components, mass %: loam 43.6–45, claydite clay 13.9–15.5, granulated slag fr. 0.6–5 mm 21.3–23.3, sodal-alkali smelting 16.6–17.4, glass microspheres fr. 15–200 mcm 1.2–2.3.
EFFECT: lowering of the average brick density to the parameters of effective ceramics – class 1,2 and increased efficiency – class 1,0 for strengths satisfying the requirements for wall construction products in accordance with GOST 530-2012, as well as reduction of bottlenecks.
