SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the extraction of minerals on the seabed. Method of extracting gas hydrates from the bottom of water basins includes the destruction of the upper layer of the bottom. Products of destruction are collected and sent to the surface through the pipe due to its own positive buoyancy. Destroy the bottom surface with a set of plows, moved by the escort vessel. Provide circulation of water in the gas degassing chamber by maintaining the pressure in it less than atmospheric pressure. Natural drain is carried out by maintaining the water level in the degassing chamber above the waterline of the vessel. Marine complex for the implementation of the method comprises a ship connected by a cable with a set of plows on a heavy platform, placed in a shell. Shell is connected to the flexible tube. Upper end of the pipe is located in the degassing chamber of gas hydrates. In the degassing chamber, pressure and temperature are maintained, which ensure complete destruction of gas hydrates.

EFFECT: technical result is increased productivity of liquefied gas production in marine conditions.
