FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator contains a frame in the form of two supporting horizontal plates, supported by resilient damping elements mounted on a common base. Horizontal plates are rigidly connected to the vertical plates, which in the frame lower part are connected together by the base plate. Platform for a vibration-insulated object is installed on the base plate through a vertical stand. Left elastic-damping element is made in the form of a cylindrical helical spring consisting of two parts with oppositely directed ends. First spring part has with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges, and second part is made hollow. First part opposite directed end is located in the second part cavity. Vibro-damping plates are fixed on the upper and lower support rings to fix the ends of the springs during their operation. Right resilient damping element is made in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, which turns are covered with polyurethane. Between the platform for the vibration-isolating object and the supporting horizontal plates there are elastic elements in the form of rubber vibro-supports.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency at resonance.
