FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to spring vibration isolators used to reduce vibrations. Frame type spatial vibration isolator contains a frame connecting two resilient damping elements of a different design but of equal rigidity installed in parallel therein. Frame is made in the form of two supporting horizontal plates, resting against the left and right resilient damping elements, respectively, at that, the frame horizontal plates are rigidly connected to the vertical plates, which in the frame lower part are connected together by the support plate, on which a vibration-insulated object platform is mounted through the vertical post, wherein the both, left and right resilient damping elements are installed on the common base. Left resilient-damping element is made in the form of a dry friction damper containing a cylindrical helical spring consisting of two parts with oppositely directed ends, one part of which has turns of rectangular cross section, and the other part of the spring is made hollow, at that, the first part counter-directed end is located in the cavity of the second one, the gaps of the spring segmented profile contacting parts are filled with antifriction lubricant, at that, at the spring second part end there sealing collar is installed to prevent the lubricant leakage, and the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, covers a tube of damping material, for example polyurethane, and the gaps in the helical spring first part, made with turns of rectangular cross section, which is covered by the tube from damping material, are filled with crumbs from the friction material, wherein the gaps in the helical spring first part, made with turns of rectangular cross section, which is covered by the tube from damping material, are filled with crumbs from the friction material, made of the composition. On the upper and lower support rings, the upper and lower vibration damping plates are fixed, for a firm and reliable springs ends fixation during their operation. Right resilient-damping element is made in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, which turns are covered with a vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane.

EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation efficiency at resonance.
