FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolation system contains a base and racks. Two flat springs are located on the sides of the machine. One of the ends of each spring is rigidly fixed to the front support surface of the machine, and the other – in the rack located on the base. Two support assemblies are attached to the rear support surface of the machine. Roller mechanism for compensating the swing oscillations interacts with the upper surface of the elastomeric elastic member, the cylindrical roller and the support plate with a spherical groove fixed to the rear support surface of the machine. On the front support surface of the machine under the bracket is installed an additional resilient damping element, which contains a body in the form of a cylinder with a bottom in which the piston is located. Piston is made in the form of a glass with beads. Between the collars copper-based sintered friction material is located. Spring rests against the bottom surface of the piston. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom is filled with friction material. In the cylinder internal cavity groove the locking ring is fixed. Via the resilient ring the locking ring is contacting with the upper collar top surface and holds the piston in initial position.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the machine is achieved.
