FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator comprises base, post, resilient elements and support assemblies. On one of the base ends the rod with threaded end is rigidly secured, on which the post is installed. Post fixes the spring type resilient element by means of the beveled elastic support elements and cover. From the spring type resilient element opposite end the support assembly is arranged. Support assembly is made in the form of resilient element, against which by means of rigid plate the rod with threaded end is resting, which fixes the vibration-insulated object. At the rod other end the stop is fixed. Between the base and the spring type resilient element the additional damper is arranged. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which the piston is arranged. Piston is made in the form of cup with upper and lower collars. Between the collars copper-based sintered friction material is located. Conical spring rests against the piston lower surface, which turns are covered with polyurethane. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom is filled with friction material. In the cylinder internal cavity groove the locking ring is fixed. Via the resilient ring the locking ring is contacting with the upper collar top surface and holds the piston in initial position.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
