FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building, in particular to equipment for the manufacture of rubber products. Device for molding blanks of rubber-cord shells in a mold comprises a power unit consisting of two pneumatic cylinders with rods mounted on a molding surface of a mold. At the end of each rod, a smoothing rotating roller is installed, stretching and spreading the uncured layers of cord threads in the frame of the rubber cord casing blank.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed device is a simplification of the process of assembling the blank, improvement of the quality of the products obtained, possibility of manufacturing rubber-cord shells of various sizes.
