FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology and equipment for vulcanisation of industrial rubber articles, in particular to a device for molding rubber-cord membranes of diaphragm type. Technical result is achieved by device for molding rubber-cord shells of diaphragm type, which consists of cover, outer clamp, outer ring, internal clamp and inner ring. Note here that it comprises stands of different height located on support to fix mold in open position with further supply of compressed air into it through union.
EFFECT: improving quality and improving operational properties of diaphragm-type rubber-cord casings, simplifying design of mold and method of molding rubber-cord casings.
