FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry and can be used for the production of cables, antistatic coatings, car parts. Electrically conductive elastomeric composite material per 100 parts by weight of rubber contains the following ingredients, wt. %: sulfur 1.5–2.25; stearic acid 1.0–2.0; zinc oxide 3.0–5.0; sulfenamide T (TBBS) 0.7–1.0. Composition is additionally filled with a filler, which is a mixture of technical carbon and multi-walled carbon nanotubes in the following ratio of components, mass parts: electroconductive carbon black 25.0–35.0 or non-conductive carbon black 20.0–40.0; multi-wall carbon nanotubes of 0.01–15.0. Ensures the achievement of balanced mechanical and dynamic properties of the material, the maximum reduced electrical resistance up to 0.004 Ohm⋅m.
EFFECT: ensures the achievement of balanced mechanical and dynamic properties of the material, the maximum reduced electrical resistance.
