FIELD: carbon-matrix nanostructured composite.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a carbon-matrix nanostructured composite, in which multi-walled carbon nanotubes with a specific surface of 200 m2/g, an outer diameter of tubes of 15-20 nm and an inner diameter of channels of 3-6 nm are used as a carbon matrix. The method includes applying solutions of HAuCl4 or KMnO4 precursors onto the surface of a carbon matrix by drop impregnation according to moisture capacity or from dilute solutions by single or multiple impregnation, followed by the reduction of precursor solutions directly by the carbon matrix at a temperature of 25-80°C, followed by isolation of the finished carbon-matrix nanostructured composite with a content of 1 - 10 wt.% Au or MnOx. The method is characterized by the fact that the concentration of precursor solutions upon impregnation by moisture capacity is 0.02-0.2 mol/l, and upon impregnation from dilute solutions 10-4-10-3 mol/l.
EFFECT: simplification of the technological process of manufacturing a nanostructured composite material, increasing the dispersion and uniformity of the distribution of filler nanoparticles over the MWCNT surface, increasing the specific electrical capacitance of the electrode material.
