FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Device for storage battery charging is arranged in three structural units. In the first constructional unit, primary transducer of energy and primary winding of the second transformer are placed, the first unit is stationary installed on benthal mooring fittings, connected to shore source of power by a cable line or comprising an autonomous source of electric power in form of, for example, radioisotope thermoelectric generator. In the second constructional unit, a secondary winding of the second transducer, the second transducer of energy, the second charge current regulator with the second charging current control unit, commutator, the second battery, stand-alone voltage inverter with control unit and primary winding of the transformer. Second constructional unit is installed on benthal mooring fittings, fixed in it by gravity forces and can be extracted from benthal mooring fittings for lifting on surface in order to carry out routine or repair work. In the third unit, that installed on autonomous unmanned underwater vehicle, there is a secondary winding of the transformer, rectifier, the second capacitor, a smoothing reactor and controller of charging current with a charging current control unit.
EFFECT: this implementation of the device has improved reliability of battery charging process and efficiency of autonomous unmanned underwater vehicle in organization of its long-term underwater basing.
