KOCHETOV'S ATOMIZER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A62C31/02

Abstract RU 2669308 C2

FIELD: devices for spraying of liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for liquid atomization and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. This is achieved by the fact that in the nozzle, comprising a hollow cylindrical body with a vortex flow divider, in the upper part of the body, an external thread is made for connection to the coupling point of the distribution pipeline for the supply of liquid, and in the lower part of the casing external thread is made for connection with vortex flow divider by means of a ring-shaped retainer, to which the outer and inner perforated surfaces are attached, the body having an inner cylindrical chamber that serves to supply liquid, and in which a swirler is installed coaxially and with a clearance with respect to its inner lateral surface, made in the form of a sleeve with a screw external thread with a large pitch of the trapezoidal profile and fixed by means of an internal thread on the rod, which is fixed in its upper part by means of a screen filter to the housing.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in the liquid fine spraying efficiency.
