FIELD: devices for liquid atomization.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for liquid atomization and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Swirl nozzle comprises a hollow cylindrical body coupled to a spreader. Body consists of a cylindrical part with external thread for junction to connection of distribution pipeline for liquid inlet, and internal thread for junction to spreader by means of disk and rigidly connected ring through circular plate. Plate has groove along Archimedes coil with coiling direction coinciding with the twist direction of the fluid flow of the swirler, located with a clearance relative to the inner cylindrical surface of the body and fixed in its lower part by means of a rigidly connected circular plate by a lower screw having a head shaped to conical cowling. Swirler is composed of sleeve with outer screw groove with large trapezoidal pitch and inner thread for receiving the thread part of the conical cowling in the swirler upper part. Cylindrical chamber serves for feeding fluid coaxially to the lower screw. Spray gun is attached to its head with conical cowling in the perforated conical bell, tip of which is facing the conical cowling of the lower screw. Convergent tube is attached by its large base of a truncated cone to the ring rigidly connected to the disk. Circular perforated disk which is a smaller base of the convergent tube cone is attached to the spray gun, made in the form of a perforated conical socket. Cavity of the spray gun, made in the form of a perforated conical socket, is filled with porous material, for example, a wire of "yarn waste" type. Additional spray gun, made in the form of a diffuser, is attached to the smaller base of the convergent tube cone.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is high efficiency of liquid atomization.
