FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of polyetherurethanethioles (PEUT) containing, in addition to the terminal thiol (SH-) groups, alkoxysilane (-Si(OR)n) of end groups. Method for the preparation of polyetherurethanethioles (PEUT) is proposed, comprising the step of dehydrating a polyether polyol having an OH functionality of from 1.9 to 4, a hydroxyl number of from 14 to 250; step of synthesizing a prepolymer from dehydrated polyether polyol and a polyisocyanate (with an NCO functionality of 2 to 3) in the presence of a urethane catalyst; step of introducing a mercaptoalcohol (with an OH functionality of 1, in the SH group from 1 to 2) in an amount corresponding to the molar ratio between the OH groups of the mercaptoalcohol and the NCO groups of the OH/NCO prepolymer of 0.7–0.9/1 in the presence an acidic agent; step of introducing sylon in an amount corresponding to a molar ratio between NH2-groups of sylon and residual NCO-groups of PEUT NH2/NCO=1.0–1.2/1, and the step of introducing the plasticizer.

EFFECT: production of PEUT based on which it is possible to produce composites with higher adhesion to different substrates as compared to conventional technology when the adhesive is introduced in the preparation of the composite.
