FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to silylated polyurethane curable by moisture, as well as to a method for production thereof. Silylated polyurethane is obtained using a method which includes a step of bringing into contact isocyanate with at least one compound which is reactive with respect to isocyanates and at least one aminosilane. Said isocyanate is a mixture containing from 5 to 50 wt. % 2,4'-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate and polyisocyanate selected from group comprising 2,2'-methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, 4,4'-methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, their oligomers, their polymers and mixtures thereof. Said at least one aminosilane is selected from a group comprising gamma-N-phenylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-N-butylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-N-methylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-N-cyclohexylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane and mixtures thereof. Compound which is reactive with respect to isocyanates is selected from a group comprising a polyether with terminal hydroxyl groups, a polyhydric alcohol, polyesters with terminal hydroxyl groups, polycarbonate with terminal hydroxyl groups and mixtures thereof. Viscosity of silylated polyurethane is not more than 100 Pa⋅s, measured at 25 °C by Brookfield viscosimeter in accordance with ASTM D 4889 without adding any plasticiser to silylated polyurethane.

EFFECT: obtained silylated polyurethane has low viscosity and can be used for making adhesives, coatings, sealants, elastomers or foams.
