SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the production of ignition and ammunition equipment for sports and hunting weapons, namely, the preparation of a low-toxic suspension shock-igniting composition for further encapsulation of round ignition cartridges by microdosing, for example, sports-hunting cartridges of 5.6 mm caliber. For the preparation of a shock-ignition composition, initiating explosive components and a mixture of inert components, an oxidant and a fuel, are prepared, an aqueous polymer solution is prepared, alternately small portions are first carried out by dispersing the initiating explosive components in the aqueous polymer solution, and then dispersing the inert components, the composition is evacuated. When equipping the ring ignition cartridges, precise microdosing is carried out in each sleeve and a uniform distribution of the suspension composition along the entire circumference of the liner corners and drying of the composition is carried out.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the safety of manufacturing the shock-ignition composition for small arms cartridges, improving environmental safety, increased safety and reduced energy consumption for carrying out the process of equipping the rounds of flash ignition with a slurry of a flash-and-ignition composition.
