SUBSTANCE: oral care implement is proposed comprising a conical bundle of bristles comprising a handle and a head, connected to the handle, the head comprising a front surface. From the front surface of the head comes a set of dental cleaning elements containing a conical beam, bristle wall having an inner surface defining the cavity, the cavity having a cross-sectional area increasing with the distance from the front surface of the head. Variety of tooth cleaning elements comprise a first central tooth cleaning element, located in the first central cavity, which ends in a free end at a height above the first highest point and above the first lowest point, and comprises a second central cleaning element disposed in the second central cavity which ends with a free end at a height above the second highest point and above the second lowest point. First and second conical beams are located on opposite sides with respect to the longitudinal axis. In other embodiments, the bristle wall terminates in an annular upper surface inclined relative to the front surface of the head. In the next embodiment, the head comprises more than one conical beam, for example two conical beams or four conical beams.
