SUBSTANCE: various embodiments of the respirator and the method for manufacturing such respirators are described. In one or more embodiments, the respirator includes a mask base and an attachment system attached to the mask base. Mask base includes an outer cover sheet, an inner cover sheet, a filter layer, located between the outer cover sheet and the inner cover sheet, and the contrast layer, located between the outer cover cloth and the inner cover liner in the nasal covering of the mask base region.
EFFECT: part of the contrast layer is visible through the outer surface of the outer cover sheet and forms a contrasting mask base region, the outer surface of the outer cover sheet facing away from the filter layer.
