FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Pendulums are connected thorough a differential scheme and the stiffness ratio of the elastic-damping elements is set. Device contains movable and fixed elements. Elastic-damping connections form a pendulum system with two degrees of freedom. Pendulums are connected through a differential scheme and are designed to make counter-oscillations. Resulting stiffness of the elastic-damping connections is determined from the magnitude of the moments in proportion to their pendulum, with zero initial static slopes to the plane of the horizon and zero periods of natural oscillations of the pendulums.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of suppressing the influence of base vibration over a wide frequency range (≥1/10 Hz), compensation of vertical acceleration of vibration of the base of the protected object and its deviations from the horizon.
