FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building. Vibrations are damped on base side with help of inertial masses, located on levers junctions. Enabling expansion of oscillation damping frequencies range due to additional inertial masses inertia forces, installed at lower levers junctions points with controlled pneumatic element. Device contains spring, arranged perpendicular to base. Diamond-shaped lever system comprises hinges at upper and lower levers junction points. Spring connects rhomboid system lower levers and located parallel to base. Pneumatic element controls total stiffness of system and located parallel to base. Pneumatic element ends are connected with lower levers extensions. Additional masses are located in connection points and provide inertial forces creation, acting in opposite direction relative to base disturbing forces at all frequencies of given range.

EFFECT: enabling expansion of dynamic oscillations suppression frequencies range.
